A series of three treatments, spaced three weeks apart, are required for optimal results.
WHAT IS CELLULITE
Cellulite is not fat. It is not caused by what, or how much, you eat, or how often you exercise. In order to reduce cellulite, it is important to understand what it is. There are 3 things that cause those signature dimples: skin, fat cells, and fibrous bands. Over time, skin thins. Fat cells enlarge and push against the skin. The fibrous bands under the skin thicken and cause tension and dimpling on your butt
HOW QWO WORKS
Qwo is the first and only FDA approved injectable treatment for cellulite. It contains two types of collagen-degrading enzymes that eat away at the fibrous bands connecting skin to muscle, gradually dissolving the tethers and allowing skin to float up and smooth out.
The full minimally invasive treatment consists of three rounds of injections, spaced 21 days apart. Before Qwo can be administered, a consultation is required. If you are the right candidate, we will discuss the treatment plan and expectations. During the procedure, Qwo is administered using a small needle, targeting each individual dimple. The actual injection portion takes 10 minutes or less. After treatment, bruising and soreness are expected.
